Well situated in Playa del Carmen, Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel provides city views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.

Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hair dryer, all units at the apartment complex have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms include a terrace. At the apartment complex, each unit includes bed linen and towels. The apartment are very well decorated and clean, made us feel very confortable. The rooftop has an wonderful view. We really enjoyed our stay.

This aparthotel has a private pool, a garden and free private parking. All rooms include a balcony with views of the pool. Exceeded all of our expectations - after I posted some pictures of the accommodation to social media I literally had people reaching out and asking where it is and that it looks out of this world. The pool is a nice option to cool down after a long day exploring.

From planning to execution, this is a architectual masterpiece! The staff is super friendly and the beach is amazing! We loved this place!!!

Just one block from 5th Avenue, although not fancy, this place is truly a gem! Initially, I wasn’t sure as it was located next to a pizza restaurant in a busy area. My trip was last minute and on short notice, I had requested early arrival. Once inside the complex, I felt safe; it was quiet and everything was very clean. I was met by Diego, who was wonderful, carrying and storing my luggage, bringing extra water, connecting the internet cables and offering suggestions; he was so very gracious. If I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. The location was fabulous, close to the beach, the ferry and Fifth Avenue, making it a great stay!

We wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with infused water and a refreshing face towel, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a private pool that was a wonderful bonus. The bed was perfect, and we had a peaceful, quiet night (once the local musicians finished playing)—a rare find in Tulum. The only downside was the water pressure, which made the bath more decorative than functional, as it would take hours to fill. However, the modern, well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, and we’d definitely have used it daily if we’d stayed longer. The first thing we said upon entering was, "Should we live here for a while?" That says it all!

Anna and Abi, the property manager and front desk staff were so kind and helpful it truly made the stay so wonderful. Aside from that the cleaners were amazing, room was spacious with a balcony looking down the street to the ocean, gym, rooftop pool and really fast WiFi which was needed as I was working. The Italian cafe downstairs was great for meals and coffee, heaps of taxis outside, supermarket only a few blocks and there’s a little tienda on the corner for fruit, juice, coffee and plant based milks. It was also very secure and safe. I absolutely loved my stay here and will probably be back soon again to work remotely. Thank you Anna and Abi - you are amazing!

The hosts are so helpful and responsive. We booked the one bedroom apartment and the place was just beautiful! They really did think about every little detail. We wish we could have stayed here longer. We would recommend this place to your friends and family! Location is very safe and secure - ideal if you have a car. There is a 7-Eleven just 7 minutes walk away.

Gosh, Hotel Milam was beyond what we expected. The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping right into a dream. The pictures don’t do this place justice—you truly have to be there in person to experience how lavish and thoughtfully designed it is. Our villa was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the highlight was the personal pool with a forest view, and various options for mood lighting. We could not get enough of it. The open-air shower was pure magic. Showering under the sky, surrounded by nature, was an experience in itself. Every little detail felt intentional, making it one of the most luxurious stays we've ever had. The highlight, though, was the concierge service on WhatsApp. Jay and Ara are just brilliant with the guests! We just had to send a message, and whatever we needed was sent to our room promptly. They helped us book taxis, made restaurant reservations, and even gave us directions and suggestions in real time. We are so thankful. But what made the real difference for us were the activities at the property. We tried the ice bath, the yoga sessions, and even the temazcal—and I’m so glad we did. There was so much to do that we never even felt like leaving the hotel. The food was delicious as well. The breakfast, the restaurant, the fresh ingredients—everything was top-notch. Try the Pina Colada!!! Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking—just do it. Milam is pure magic. ✨

LOTE4 - LGBTQ Studios offers accommodation within 200 metres of the centre of Playa del Carmen, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster. This aparthotel also has a rooftop pool. The accommodation provides full-day security and luggage storage space for guests. The entire space was pretty amazing. The design, decor and arquitecture are very well done. Jeroen and his husband are really nice guys, they gave us pretty good tips about our journey and their dog Pop is really lovely. Facilities are amazing you find everything you need in the studio, entire equipped kitchen, amazing shower with really good amenities made from honey. Thank you for everything you turn our tour in Playa del Carmen even better!
