Arrival awesome! The Staff are extremely helpful and friendly going the extra mile to ensure a awesome stay. Clean neat with beautiful romantic scenery & delicious food - also swimming pool with a view. Animals getting fed & water so close you can see their lashes was awesome and Baby Rhino's, Buffalo, Eland etc Sundown Drive with Martin was exceptional!

Comfortable rooms, excellent dinner. We arrived in very bad weather, for our comfort we were offered better accommodation for the same price.

A fantastic view and quitnes. Girafs came to drink at the nearby water hole. A perfect hideaway with a good restaurant as well . Friendly staff and a lot of caring for the details made it a paradise stay .

We had an amazing time at Desert Lodge and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The accommodation was fantastic, offering stunning views and breathtaking sunsets that we will never forget. One of the highlights was the affordable and delicious BBQ option, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The proximity to Dead Vlei was also perfect – it made visiting the iconic site so easy and convenient. Additionally, we loved relaxing by the pool and had a great time at the bar. The entire atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and we truly felt at home.
