Carlos was so friendly and always on top of things. Breakfast was so delicious, and the portion was the right amount. The room was very comfy, clean, and cozy, and if I could revisit Granada, I would stay with Carlos for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having traveled extensively, no place has met the quality for the price that Casa Bubu has. From the attention to detail and design of the rooms to the common area/pool no detail was spared to create a truly get-away retreat. We loved our room, especially the shower. The fact that the owner of Casa Bubu waited on us for our four course breakfast was, not only a surprise but a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the bar and the signature cocktail that was created for Casa Bubu. The location was perfect. It was just a few blocks from the busy Centro, but with several restaurants nearby. Another plus, was the security of the casa. With my wife occasionally traveling solo, I would feel comfortable with her staying here. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

It seemed to me 90% of guest were european and I enjoyed that. Renny and Odeymis deserve special mention.If I ever open a hostel in Costa Rica I will hire them to work for me.
