We appreciated the detailed hiking advice and willingness to tell us more about the Geiranger Mountains. The location is spectacular. You experience the peace nature and view of the fjord up close. Kids enjoyed an amazing time swimming and fishing.

I accidently met there Mr. Karl Mjelva, the old owner who now is retired - he is a truly phenomenal character and person! That is one, if not the best hotel and place to visit in the World! Phenomenal, fantastic, unreal! I will come back and I will come back many times!

This was truly an incredible stay that I would highly recommend. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. The views are unbeatable as the fjord looks amazing from above. Only a 5 minute drive down the hill for any restaurants, saunas and hikes.

Central Geiranger is 4 km away. We had a wonderful stay at Westeras Gard! The cottage was absolutely adorable – cozy, charming, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The scenery around the property was simply breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. The location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding area and discovering all the beautiful sights nearby. Overall, we were completely satisfied with everything and would love to come back again!

The hotel is situated by the National Tourist Route, only 100 metres from the Flydalsjuvet Cliff. The Seven Sisters Waterfall is also nearby. Excellent hotel with a fantastic location! The view from the hotel lobby and rooms with a view is absolutely stunning. The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean, and it fully meets expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast.
