This is possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I stay 75+ nights a year in hotels) Ibrahim is the proud owner who also arranged pick up from Al Hamra at short notice. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. Watching the sunset from the property was phenomenal as was the sunrise the following morning. The balcony walk begins right at the property and hence we were the first ones on the trail. Sadly there are only 3 rooms and I expect soon it will be difficult to get a reservation once word gets out how wonderful it is.

Nature around, beautiful landscapes, sunrise from your bed, fantastic mountain, friendly goats :-)) heating in the room was working, night was very cold but full of stars :-) friendly owner welcoming us with Arabic coffee and was waiting with us till sunset to guide us to the top of the mountain using short cut.

They are the most incredible people I ever meet in a hotel, they will help you whatever you need, they will pick you if you need, they will be in constant contact with you to feel you safe, they are sooo kind and good people that this was one of my best experiences in this travel. You should go there,they are amazing in all ways!!!!!!!! Also they knew I was traveling solo and give their 200% to make me feel safe and good, I really really appreciate, they are amazing!!!!!!!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the luxury tent. The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating and a private bathroom. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was a little more expensive than our usual budget but 100% worth it. The location is ideal for the Balcony walk, you have the whole space to yourself so it's completely private, experiencing sunrise from your bed is amazing, as well as seeing the sun go down over the mountains in the afternoon, amazing. The bed is comfy, the water is hot, good air con, everything you need. We took our meals as an add on to the booking, Ram who prepares and serves all the food is AMAZING, he is such a lovely man, gave us loads of info, is friendly and cooks lovely food 10/10 would recommend and thank you for being so great Ram!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a balcony, The MountainJewel Villa فيلا جوهرة الجبل is located in Jebel Shams. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Everything was stunning! The facilities were excellent. Highly recommend stocking up on some water and snacks beforehand as there’s not a lot around. But the home was exactly like the photos and the pool is heated. The groundskeeper was very helpful as well and showed us all around the facilities.

Our resort is a mere stone's throw from the breathtaking Grand Canyon of the Middle East, offering unparalleled views and experiences. Amazing location! Great atmosphere, beautifully melted in the surrounding area. I do not get some of the bad reviews. Of course it gets cold at night, you're at 2500+ m that has nothing to do with the hotel, do some research before you come here in your shorts from muscat. Chattering teeth at the restaurant? Nonsense. Cold food? No way The staff was excellent! ( Treat another how you want to be treated yourself might have been the case in some reviews? ) The small heater had done it's work in our room after we came back from dinner. It was warm enough. We think they redecorated the place recently as it was picture perfect, the photos on booking don't do it justice. (we had the chalet btw, can't comment on the tents) 7km from the starting point of the balcony walk (They opened up some apartments at the balcony walk as well, so cannot comment on that) It's an eco- friendly resort with luxury details . We absolutely loved it❤️
