There was a minor issue with the originally provided room, and the Lady manager displayed a lot of professionalism and put a lot of effort to solve the issue and provide wonderful treatment to the guests. Besides this, the room was well equipped, hotel well located and maintained and the spa center was amazing.

The spa is very cozy, it is necessary to register the time and it is very convenient because the visit is individual. The breakfast is not a buffet, according to the choice from the menu, but I liked it better- hot omelette, toasts, hot croissants. The girls at the reception and in the restaurant are wonderful, with a desire to help and explain.
