Sometimes you forget how good and kind people can be — and then someone like Richard (Richard and Isabel are the owners) comes along and reminds you. I arrived early at 08:00, before check-in time, after a long night train. I was tired, confused, and had many concerns about my ski plans (we dont ski in Israel, and it was my first time). Then I met Richard at the reception. He noticed my stress and calmly said, "Why don’t we start with breakfast? Allow me to take care of your belongings untill the room is ready." He truly wrapped me in care and kindness — and it meant the world to me. All my questions were answered by Isabel, who gave me great recommendations and guidance. Richard shared helpful ski tips, and I even received a lovely Easter gift — a small egg filled with chocolates. The place itself is very clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the only downside is the distance to the ski area, which can be a bit challenging. To summarize — I 100% recommend this place. Situé dans le centre d'Åre, à seulement 100 mètres de la place Åre Torg et à 300 mètres de la remontée mécanique de Kabinbanan, l'Apartment Hotel Kabinbanan propose un hébergement indépendant avec... Wonderful location, big cosy rooms like home-away-from-home. Exceptionally good price/value-rate. Common room in basement is a life saver (because of weather!) while waiting the check-in. We recommend this place esp. for longer stay in Åre.

L’établissement Mårtenlien Ski in Ski Out VM8 se trouve à Åre (Jämtland), à proximité de ces lieux d’intérêt : Åre Train Station et Åre. We visited Åre for a week to ski in early April. The hosts were very flexible with the arrival time and communication was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped for home cooked meals. Remember to bring your own linens but you can also rent them from the host. MårtenLiens Gård is a walking distance away from the VM8 ski lift but unfortunately for us, there was no snow in the valley so we coudn't ski-in/ski-out. It is also a walking distance away from the the town with all the shops and restaurants. We had a rental car so having a car park was great.

L’établissement Trillevallens Högfjällshotell & Lägenheter se situe à Trillevallen, à 22 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Åre Train Station. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of tradition. Modernized in the gentlest and most fitting way. Högfâllshotellet is a gem. The staff is kind and helpful, the food is delicious and the views are one of a kind. We loved the Sauna and the proximity to the slopes.

We had such a lovely welcome with a package of cinnamon buns waiting for us which were amazing. The apartment was really clean, beautifully furnished with everything anyone would need and there was a lot of space for 4 of us! Breakfast included was at the bakery along the road which had a brilliant selection. I wish I could rate our stay higher than 10 😁

Above expectation. On arrival we were greeted by the host, who helped us access the property and left us with some freshly made cinnamon pastries and biscuits, which were gorgeous! The photos of the apartment do not do this property justice. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped (dishwasher/washer/dryer/coffee machine/induction hob/storeage-area for skis snowboards etc.) all the homely comforts you require. Definitely a home from home! Freshly ground coffee & filters, soap and shampoo, washing powder, condiments all provided. Breakfast was fantastic and included in the price. The buffet breakfast was served everyday from 7am until 10.30am. There was a vast selection of items to choose from. All the breads and pastries were home made and freshly baked daily on site, absolutely delicious (we would come back just for them!).
