So modern and clean! Doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a shared space. The sleeping area was extremely quiet in our case as everyone is super respectful. There are multiple lockers (we had like 3) for luggage storage and locked areas in the beds for passport etc, and amenities and facilities such as free bar and washing machines.

Guests can indulge in a leisurely swim at the outdoor infinity pool which overlooks the neighbourhood. The young woman at reception whose name began with M was exceptionally helpful.

Yani, Maica, and Mary were all absolutely amazing the whole time. Super responsive on WhatsApp and went above and beyond helping move over laundry and carry suitcases. The room, while compact, had everything we needed and was comfortable. The AC worked well and they even provided an additional dehumidifier to help further. The Wi-Fi worked well also. Plus the location is great with easy access to many of the metro stations within a few minutes walk which made getting around the city easy.

It is 25 minutes' drive away from Changi International Airport and only steps away from Orchard Road, which features an array of shopping and entertaining options, as well as Singapore's first UNESCO World Heritage site, the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Perfect location. Best bed. Superb service. Extra mile shown when I was given a folder for my files, without me asking! So thoughtful.

There are lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby the hotel, The hotels own services are very good albeit quite expensive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and unlimited. Afternoon tea in the Courtyard is a must. The rooms are very good with a very, very nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Room servicing is brilliant with the room cleaned daily but without disturbing you.
