The breakfast buffet was great - lot's of options, also had several highchairs available for the little ones. The restaurant also offered an optional buffet dinner for 24 eur per person, not including drinks, which we found very convenient. The hotel was very well equipped for bicycle lovers - they were offering bike storage directly under the camping house, bike wash, bike rental. We rented bikes for a ride with our 10 month old - they had a baby seat available, also they had a Thule bike trailer for families with 2 kids. Bled was a pleasant 15 min bike ride away, and it was very convenient, because we didn't need to look for parking. Also, when staying in the Alpine Resort houses, the accommodation is offering free laundry service, which we didn't use.

The building itself is located in a village close to Lake Bled (an easy bike, slightly longer walk) that is quiet and beautiful. The facility is new and meticulously clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and generous, clearly made with care and love by the family that runs House Troha. We used the sauna and it was a delight on a snowy January night.

Family run but very, very professional. The building was beautifully executed with many nice touches. Breakfast was everything in a buffet you can think of plus made to order eggs. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Some bicycles lacked maintenance, but choosing one wisely will guarantee you a quicker and sportier tour around the lake. Free private parking is available on site. The location was great, 3-5 minutes from Bus stop, 2-3 minutes from a great pizzeria and 10-15 minutes walk from the castle. The breakfast was great and had quality products, the rooms were clean and spacious and next to the lake as well. The staff were kind and fast as well. Would visit again!
