Les chambres, la piscine, les activités avec Dirk - karaté - et Mariel - coaching -, tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait et relaxant.

I love how the Villa is located central to all the attractions. The villa is also very private with parking its own pool and access to the water. Overall, this place is amazing. The bedrooms are all Ac the self-contained bedroom has a back patio with amazing views to the sea and the sunset.

This place is great if you have a rental car. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's located in the middle of the island so nothing would be far, it's like a 10-20 minute ride to most beaches.

CondoStMaarten by the Sea was absolutely stunning with brand new amenities and breathtaking views of the beach and the sunrise and sunset in the morning were so beautiful. Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!
