Everything, but particularly the reception staff. They were so welcoming and helpful. A very vibrant team, they spoke good English and were able to help with everything. The hotel offers lots of tours, but even when we arranged our own private taxi through the hotel to keep down the cost they helped us arrange it all and even made sure their guide would keep an eye on us regarding timing etc. We also used them for transfers to and from Bangkok and they were cheaper than other quotes we had. The restaurant is good too, nice atmosphere, and setting next to the river, though as is often the case in Thailand your food orders arrives at different times. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Cleanest pool you've ever seen. The hotel was quite busy and some guests need to learn how to be more considerate to others who don't want to be in the middle of their pool ball games.

Service is very good - manager who likes Stitch is really nice. Hotel also provides transport (at a fee) to nearby places like Erawan Falls. Lovely room by the river. There is an outdoor bathtub so you can soak while watching the river. You can also kayak because each room has its own! I had a very comfy sleep. I also ordered dinner at the resort - pad Thai pretty yummy!

Home away from home A lovely small family-friendly place My second time staying, and so glad I did. It’s an oasis of calm. Rooms are very nice, staff are sweet and it’s amazing value for money. Easy to park also. Always will come back here.

The room and the yard are very clean, the facilities are all new with good qualities. Provides unlimited cold water which is so sweet.The staff and the owner are super nice. The owner even offered us a free ride for the train station after our taxi drive forgot our reservation.
