I never felt like the hotel was full of people because of how well designed it is. Even the private pools were not really visible from other guests perspective. Really stunning! Breakfast was varied and tasty, every single day. Food in general was exceptionally tasty. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They managed to accommodate us, make us feel welcome and help us out with every single problem we had. Beach was beautiful and the massage at the beach (although not officially part of the hotel) is highly recommended. Rooms are big and have high ceilings, are really nice to be in. WiFi worked really well all around hotel (maybe just didn't reach the beach... But is that a bad thing? ;) )

The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an absolute beachfront property situated on Bangsak beach, a long stretch of coastline off the Andaman Sea, just a 90 minute drive from Phuket International Airport. We loved everything about this hotel. The room, the facilities, and the location, but I would like to highlight the staff and especially Activation Manager AU, Thai-boxing instructor SA, the amazing girls in the kid's room: Prae, Kook, Aommy, and TUM, and the boys at the beach. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming during our entire stay. We would recommend it and hope to come back soon!

The private bathroom is fitted with a shower, slippers and free toiletries. The peace this place brought me was incredible. Watching them harvest rice in the nearby fields was one amazing experiment. Being near the peppery in the evening before sunset was a true treasure. I will 100% come back here specifically for this place. Thank you times a million!
