There are various activities throughout the day for us to do apart from just swim and chill on the beach. The hospitality is great, staffs are well organized and trained. I love that they try to accommodate and separate adult and family zone which something that is very thoughtful about this resort.

An electric buggy whisked us to our room, which was delightful, immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and bedding. The sandy beach was clean, overlooking the quiet and inviting Andaman Sea, plus the choice of resort pools allowed for some serious or playful swimming. All resort staff were exceptional, helpful, knowledgeable, and always with a warm greeting and a smile. Good buffet breakfast included in the price and wide food choice otherwise available all day at the resort. Thank you, Marriott, for a lovely stay.

Namm Nathawn is not on the coast line, but inland, in the middle of paddy fields and it really gives a flavour of Thai countryside life. The best bungalows found so far in Thai islands! Very simple and basic, no AC no hot water, but very well built with a super comfy bed and a nice lay out with a porch facing the paddy fields with plenty of grazing buffalos. The bungalows and restaurant are very clean, the food is really nice. The ladies managing the resort are really nice and helpful. The overall atmosphere is very relaxed, great chill out and disconnection.
