The hotel is in an excellent location. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly — from the security guard at the entrance, to the receptionists, the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The hotel is neat and clean. Compliments to the breakfast — it was very interesting to try foods that are not part of a typical European breakfast, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we get the chance.

the money we paid for this hotel vs what we got in return was amazing. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated hotel with many options to spend your days. We had to spend one of our days in the hotel with our 4 year old son but he was not bored at all. They have game room, a nice roof pool, a tasty grill restaurant, 2 complimentary massages from the spa located next to the hotel. And a free soft drink minibar.

Our stay here was lovely, rooms were very spacious and excellent water pressure for the shower. Different breakfast options everyday and very good coffee. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival from the hotel manager who was amazing. Made us feel very welcome, if I’m ever back in VangVieng this is the place I’ll be staying.
