Every detail of the decor exuded elegance, with intricate designs and luxurious touches that transported me to another time. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and perfectly appointed View from Balcony is on the North / Western side, dominated by carthage landscape, but You only have to go to the side of the balcony to view a beautiful Lac / Bay of Tunis, with Boukornine mountain in the background. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway!

Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Everything about this property is remarkable. Spotlessly clean, spacious and light, well appointed and with every amenity a traveller could hope for. Soaps, shampoos, makeup removers, tissues. The spacious kitchen was well outfitted for my cooking meals with good utensils and ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar , coffee and tea. The refrigerator was stocked with items for breakfast. Quiet. Good heating for winter, great television options. And, as good as this property is, Youssef himself outshines it with his wonderful hospitality. Chez ADAC is a gem .

The location was easy to find and Nabil, the owner or management gave us perfect communication and instructions. If we had any questions he would reply immediately and was very helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There was a cat and her two young kittens outside the door of the apartment which made the stay even more enjoyable! They seem to be fed by a local and I’ll admit we also obliged. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone!

Almost every thing required was available in this Studio Apartment. Appropriate size very comfortable double bed, dining table, AC, Fan, TV with cable, Very good Wifi, music System, fridge, utensils, microwave, hob, OTG, super clean Apartment and Washroom with all required items.

We especially appreciated the generous offerings for breakfast the next day. The host was also great with communication and responded to quickly. Check in and out was easy. The place was just right for two people, and we love the outdoor seating with a he Olive tree and plants. It was very comfortable and nice. We would have loved to stay longer.

Tunisia-Carthage Airport is 15 minutes from the hotel and the centre of Tunis is 15 minutes away. I came back to Sidi Bou Said because I wanted to stay at Dar Said. It is an enchanting place with a magnificent location overlooking the bay of Tunis and it feels like being in a luxurious private home where every detail is taken care of fondly and adapted to the place. The furnishings are simply perfect. The gardens are delightful and incredibly peaceful. We will come back!
