I am completely conquered by Ramira Joy Hotel for it's helpful, complaisant & attentive personnel, for it's attractive location (6 minutes to the Kleopatra beach and 5 minutes to everywhere, the market, shopping center, etc. I have also taken Hurrem's Spa procedure, which was fantastic. And , for any doubts, Kleopatra beach outstandingly gorgeous place to visit!!!The meal was diverse & delicious, dry white Chardonnay is worth trying, the room was cosy & comfortable, everything you need is available with staff assistance. I arrived at night and due to personnel was welcomed and supported. Fresh, clean laundry and towels, all bathroom stuff are completely provided.

À seulement 500 mètres du front de mer, le Ramira City Hotel - Adult Only (16+) est situé à Alanya. Il dispose d'une piscine extérieure et de chambres climatisées avec une télévision par satellite. Le personnel était d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Nous avons était bien pris en charge. Par les réceptionnistes jusqu'au personnel de la restauration sans oublier les agents d'entretien et le veilleur de nuit. Nous remercions djalal, meriem, ali bien sur tous.

Everything was just perfect, great location, beautiful view, polite and friendly staff. Will highly recommend!

Staff/owners are absolutely amazing. I felt like I was staying at my best friends villa for the week. Breakfast was stellar. Bed / room is super comfy. View is unmatched. Farther out of town but super easy to get in with the bus that comes every 30min (50 lira only)

It went well beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Murat, who took care of everything. From breakfast to early check-in, his hospitality and support along with the whole team made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Cleanliness is especially important to me, and I was genuinely satisfied. The bed linens were spotless, smelled fresh, and I was able to sleep peacefully. The fact that the hotel is new is also a big plus, everything was fresh and the atmosphere was modern and tastefully designed. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the museum is within walking distance too. I’d be happy to stay here again :)

The owner of the property is the most friendliest lady we ever met. The way she treats and cares about guests is excellent, you don’t always meet this treatment even at the 5 star hotels.
