This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. The rest of the team was also friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience — great service, comfortable rooms, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa!

Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. We are having a good time with the stuff skiing the room. The stuff shafiqu is wonderful and takes care of us. Good, the food, excellent, no comment 👍 we will be back next year inshaallah
