I arrived early in the morning, and they welcomed me like family — offered me a place to rest, something to eat and drink, and took amazing care of me. Their kindness and warmth were unforgettable. My room was very spacious and well-equipped — it had everything I needed, even a washing machine (with detergent), fridge, and kitchen. The hotel is located uphill, which might be challenging for some, but it’s absolutely worth it for the view and the exceptional hospitality. I would honestly return to Mardin just to see these two wonderful people again. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent, starting with each family member and continuing with the hotel itself. It's a family business, a family as all should be. They personally take care of each guest, they prepare an amazing turkish breakfast and they make you feel like you're visiting relatives. The rooms are clean and each one has its own specifics and story. The location and view are also ideal. There is nothing I would change.
