Really chill and nice backpacker hotel in a charming historical building with a great pool and great atmosphere! We also booked a safari to Mikumi with a company they recommended and they were super nice and helpful and it worked out just perfectly. Even when we had little problems with a bank delay, the hotel was so nice to help us out and therefor enable the safari trip.

Room small but comfortable. Kitchen facilities and decor good. Price is good value and goes towards supporting a children's charity operating in Bagamoyo working with orphans and disabled children. Definitely a good travellers place to stay near town and beach.

I was in the main Firefly, not West Wing and loved it. Big airy room, little green oasis and nice pool to dip in. I hardly left the place. Great food too.

I had a single room, with private bathroom. Nice and clean, comfortable mattress and a nice central location close to bus stand and historic bagamoyo. I had a nice couple of days here and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting budget accommodation. All the staff were friendly and lovely, all in all a lovely break from chaotic dar es salaam 👍🏾

Ismael surprised as in a positive way first when he picked us up from Bagamoyo to bring us to the accommodation. The house is in a rural area, which makes watching the stars at night to a valuable experience! We were very happy with the stay. Also, Ismael showed a lot of flexibility, taking us spontaneously to the saadani park himself for a lovely safari. On top of that he was easy to reach on phone and it was very uncomplicated to coordinate issues with him. Asante sana!

We had a very warm welcome from Ally, and we've got a lot of information from her. The room was nice and the swimmpool was amazing. We also could change the breakfast, they ordered some granola from Dar es Salaam just for us, and this was really great. We had a very nice stay there.
