All check in information were relayed efficiently prior to my arrival so my super late self-check-in experience was breezy. I also asked for assistance to complete my payment prior to my arrival and I was helped by at least 2 different people. Despite this, communication was super smooth and all staffs were both friendly and helpful. This greatly helped reduce my travel planning stress. After I left, I didn't realize that I left my sweater but the staff contacted me right away and offered to ship it to me (for a fee). This was definitely above and beyond, so thank you so so so much!
