When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

The accommodation provides ski storage space, as well as a terrace and a bar. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking resort has a hot tub and evening entertainment. They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

Located at Northstar at Tahoe Resort in Truckee, The Residences at One Village Place by Hyatt Vacation Club features free WiFi access and free private parking. It features its own pulse-driven gondola. We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!

Nestled in the trees on the historic Lake Tahoe west shore in Tahoe Park, this cozy adults only bed and breakfast is just steps from a private Lake Tahoe beach. Free WiFi is available in all public areas. We arrived at night and I loved how much lighting there was with all the string lights, it was a very cute environment. The bed was super comfortable and the cabin stayed very warm. We also walking over to the beach (even with snow) which gave us great views of the lake. I would 100% stay again, maybe in the summer too!
