This 3-star homestay offers a shared kitchen and luggage storage space. The homestay provides inner courtyard views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. The homestay is nicely appointed with attractive touches. There is a kitchen with two large fridges if required but there are many well priced restaurants. Location was great - very close to the river, market and the Walking Street. Our host was able to arrange a great day tour for us which took in all the things we wanted to see. There was a little bit of a mix up regarding an English speaking guide however our host kindly refunded part of the cost and also provided us with a lovely complimentary breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot with great pressure. Our room was right beside some roosters so a bit of noise in the morning - nothing to worry about really unless you are a light sleeper.

They are so helpful and friendly. Lin & Huong gave us an itinerary for a 3 trip around Cao Bang, and recommendations on where to stay etc. We stayed in Green Riders 1 night, rented a bike from them for 3 days and when we returned they allowed us to shower & wait in the hostel until our bus arrived. While we waited, Kuong taught us some Vietnamese & gave us recommendations on where to visit next down south.
