It is central to the attractions and the staff were helpful and good at communicating with us. The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view of some limestone mountains. The pool common area is surrounded by the same mountains, and the hangout spaces are convenient for travelers with late bus timings. All of the communal facilities like the showers are clean and easy to use as well. The staff were very helpful in booking a great tour for us, which was the kayaking cave tour in Phong Nha cave, which ended up being the most exciting tour we did in our time in Vietnam. Small bonus is also the free beer hour that happens every night, which couples nicely with the good food available from the restaurant. The buffet style breakfast included in the stay-price was also excellent.
