Eagle Weavers is well powered up with sufficient energy backup facilities and I was never affected by any power outages that are affecting Zambia at the moment i.e I experienced 24 hours daily power supply with excellent internet connection during my stay.

I can honestly say that I went to Zambia to see the Victoria Falls but staying here was the highlight of my trip. Alex, his family and community have a big heart and are so welcoming. I feel like I got the authentic experience. Alex took me to and showed me around the local market which was incredible and learnt a lot about local traditions. I got to speak to the locals, ask them about what they do and be immersed in the day to day way of life. In regard to the guest house, I loved how clean it was, how hospitable Alex and Irene were, being with the kids and seeing the stars at night! Thank you Alex! I will be back.

Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Bed linen is offered. A real adventure! The Lodge is situated far away from the city, right at the shore of the Sambesi River. Extremely quiet and peaceful at night with a million stars above. But be careful: The hippos come out of the river at night and you better stay inside of your chalet. We were instructed that this would happen and at night they accompanied us from dinner to our chalets. Super friendly staff organized a tour to the Victoria falls and through the city of Livingstone.
