Provides accommodation located in Al Ain. -Did not take breakfast -location is not bad but better to put a stand outside so people can recognize it easily. -the woman who replied me was not gentile :speaking loudly, not giving you the time to ask again or to know more information.Her reply is this :I told you before,and disconnect the telephone immediately. By the way when I booked the location I received sent me to Aloft hotel where I had a problem with the reception guy there. and when I called your hotel some people replied me after the third call and they were talking together at the same time not in Arabic nor in English,and finally they it's arong number!!! the people of Aloft helped me by contacting your hotel again where this lady replied them and sent me the right location.
