Breakfast was good. Fresh sausages , eggs, cheese, fresh bread , jam , tea , coffee etc. 10 minutes walk from the center of the town. Nice view from the balcony.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. The place also is new, modern, and clean. The location is centralized, right next to the huge Davit Bek statue. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in Kapan.
