A well equipped and very comfy chalet. Check-in went smoothly. We only spent one night, because the next day we had a flight. Definitely would have loved to spend much more days at the BIG4 Hobart.

Kids loved the heated pool and farm animal feeding. They had a room full of games and equipment for guests to use (boardgames , puzzles, sports equipment, pool toys etc) Bike hire. Abundant wildlife around the resort. The room was beautiful! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. Great night sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. The beach is nearby and looked great but we didn't have time to explore it, will have to stay again

Twelve 30 is truly our home away from home. Michele made my son and me feel as if we were returning to our own beds. The accommodation is clean, welcoming, and private. We arrived to the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread, pumpkin soup, and an enticing display of breakfast treats. The main bedroom is large and inviting, with an extremely comfortable bed and linen. The second bedroom made my thirteen-year-old feel secure, comfortable, and at home, allowing him to fall asleep within minutes. Twelve 30 has gone above and beyond to ensure you can leave home and arrive at another location without any hassle. The location is extremely close to all landmarks, allowing you to fully embrace the Tasmanian life. We will be staying with Twenty30 with pleasure in the near future.

Beautiful modern bungalow with wonderful views. Cosy furnishings. Favourable location to the airport, especially if you need the first flight in the morning. We even received very good directions with a video. Wallabies and other wild animals could be observed on the premises.
