Boasting a garden, Avalon Beachfront Kangaroo Island 4 bedroom home is situated in Nepean Bay, within 46 km of Christmas Cove Marina. The location was amazing in beautiful, peaceful Nepean Bay. The home was modern, spotless and so well appointed. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. We had numerous koalas come to visit during our week long stay including mums and babies. We got to see Glossy Black Cockatoos in the backyard trees and from the balcony. Only 15 mins from Kingscote, it really was a home away from home.

Situated in Kingscote in the Kangaroo Island region, Bretts Rest AZA features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This apartment provides a garden. Bretts Rest is a great location. A beautiful spot to relax and unwind. The cabin was very clean and Brett was a great host checking we had everything we needed. He advised us on places to visit and was even kind enough to drop us off and pick up from the local KI Spirits, definately going above and beyonds his duties. The town is 5 mins away, so easy access to get groceries and go out for a meal. Definately recommend.

Brett's Rest Nel is set in Kingscote and offers a terrace and a bar. The property features garden views. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Brett was full of advice that took us to great places and even saved us some money. He was there on grounds for anything we needed. Our kids loved the huge screen, playing darts and with Brett’s dog Chase. We loved sipping a drink surrounded by nature at sunset. The beds were comfortable and we could only hear bird’s singing in the morning. It’s a bush cabin so expect to meet with nature!

Situated in Kingscote in the Kangaroo Island region, CandE’s Guesthouse features accommodation with free private parking. Craig was a wonderful host. We got lost heading there at night and he helped us get settled. His recommendations were also spot on and we managed to see all the wildlife in the area, whether in the trees on the property (koalas, Kimmy, Jimmy, and Ducky) or on the coast (dolphins). Would highly recommend this property and any other the other CandE properties on the island. Tips for travelling to KI: - No small car hire even if your party is small - gravel roads for some of the prettiest locations. - Get the KI tourist booklet at the airport - only Telstra gets connection, so the island map is a lifesaver. - Definitely reach out to Craig for island recommendations :)

The whole property was very neat and tidy and looked nearly new. Had washing machine and dryer which was helpful. Plenty of games including a pool table was an added attraction. No breakfast was provided. But the property is only 6 minutes away from shops and 24/7 petrol station.

Comfortable, clean and cosy. Close to shops and a great location to access all the touristy places you’ll want to visit

Leeward 'tranquil beachfront' is situated in Kingscote. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great position for walks along beach. Bird life was wonderful and an added bonus of koalas in tree adjoining property.
