This was a very professional and well-structured approach, and we are grateful for that. After returning from our trip on the first day, we were welcomed with a pleasant surprise. This was a clear sign of the hotel’s attention and care for its guests. The hotel has a children’s playroom, sauna, indoor pool, and a restaurant, and room service is also available. In short, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are very helpful and always offer support whenever needed.

We first stayed here 9 months ago, and because of the wonderful memories we had, we chose to return for our next visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We had booked a deluxe room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a balcony - such a lovely gesture for our special occasion. The suite was spotless, newly decorated, and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast and the restaurant were excellent - rich variety, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. On Saturday evening there was even live music, which made the evening feel magical. A very special thanks to Bahadir, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He personally assisted us with everything - from handling our room change to helping with check out and even arranging a cancellation for our extra night without any charge. His professionalism and friendliness made a lasting impression. Also, we would like to thank Kenan for his attentive service at the restaurant. He surprised us with a beautiful teapot of herbal tea and sweets - such thoughtful attention to detail that made us feel truly cared for. The entire team went above and beyond to make our special occasion stay unforgettable. Thank you all for your warmth, kindness and professionalism. We will always remember our stay at Premium Hotel Ganja and look forward for returning again soon.
