Clean and comfortable, easy self check-in. There was air conditioning at least on the hot day /night we visited. Calm location with easy access also by public transport (train or bus). Great value for money. The reasonably priced cold drinks in the fridge saved us after a long day of travelling. There are no supermarkets nearby, but there are two bakeries where you can get breakfast supplies.

The location was very close to Ans train station. The check in procedure was quick and easy with excellent communication from the host. There was plenty of space in the apartment and lots of facilities. The host has really thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and there were cooking facilities and takeaway menus available.

This apartment is what you need and everything you need. Very nice and clean. They was waiting us with some drinks, that was nice as well compared with other places. They pay us the deposit in full (my little one broke a vase 🏺). Very nice person

The place was nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the host was responding fast - only in French. No other languages.
The beds are hard, could be more comfortable.
The bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms, so not much privacy. The neighbourhood was strange. In an industrial area, didn't feel like a safe place, only fast food places around. The parking is a free street parking.
We stayed there for one night as a stop on our way and it was perfect for that purpose, I would not stay there longer.

Much of the riverfront area was roadworks do forced to walk in the backstreets, which did not feel very safe. Too many people just hanging around.
Such a disappointment.

We found lots of very steep hills, lots of closed stores and restaurants, lots of one way streets. It was not easy to get around. We ended up getting pizza delivered instead of going out.
Seraing is not a picturesque city, very industrial.

Far nicer towns to visit than Liège and at the moment there are building works everywhere which detracts. Good choice if restaurants although a number of appear to be closed in a Tuesday do best check/book in advance.
