The hotel was very quiet, cleaned and well located, closed to the hostoritical sites of Centro and airports (20 min from GIG) and with an awesome view on the Sugarloaf. The team was very friendly, helpful and spoken several languages. I would also like to particularly thank Daniel for his valuable help when I met issues during my trip in Rio.

Pricing was also good considering the location in the city. The room was spacious and clean, I would recommend it. Just a reminder that the centre of Rio de Janeiro is not very safe, so it is always good pay attention to your belongings when walking in the neighborhood.

The Novotel Santos Dumont is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, functionality and practicality in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel RJ Santos hotel. Without exception all of the staff made us feel very welcome. We don’t speak Portuguese but everyone made a great effort to either speak English to us or to understand what we wanted. We had breakfast and our evening meals at the hotel every day and both were exceptional. The food was delicious and great value for money. Our room was spotlessly clean. If we go to Rio de Janeiro again we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.
