I liked that it was pet friendly, my pug puppy Franklin could sit and have bfast with me. Other pet friendly hotels dont allow this, and you aren't allowed to leave your pet in the room alone, so this was very helpful.

Location was excellent for travelers, rooms were so clean and it was quite even tho the highway is the right outside but somehow it was very quite at night, I slept comfortably.

Red Deer is a beautiful place to visit with lots of treed parks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, rec-centres, historic downtown and plenty of shopping. It is close to Sylvan Lake and Lacombe for added adventure and exploring.

VERY nice place, great value for the money, no frills really but that was fine with us! Clean rooms, AWESOME STAFF, nice wide parking stalls, great location.
A little better soundproofing to protect the ground floor guests from rude upstairs 'guests' would be nice.
Love the fact that PETS are welcomed.

Beautiful beach and great to walk out so far and not be deep.
Favourite restaurants-
#1 - 2nd Wind. Brewed own beer. Fish burger, balsamic onions and fish burger DELICIOUS!
2 - Bamboo Hut - huge variety of dishes
3 - Sun of a Beach - great calamari dish
4 - Sandcastle Steakhouse - flavourful steak
Go to the MOO for ice cream! Variety ice creams and many more sweet treats.
Delano Nails did an amazing pedicure! Sweet staff; good prices.
Great little shops!
The light house at night is a must see !
Lakeshore Drive is an easy walk and where the beach life happens!

Innisfail has a cute little historical district, ask people...
Innisfail has a cute little historical district, ask people where it is and go see it.
There is an auction here, which is rampant with animal neglect/abuse, also seems to be a pet food factory and a slaughterhouse, so that brings a weird/depressing energy to the town. It's quite "rural" here.

It was freezing with ice on the lake and snowing in late April and I had to buy gloves and socks. The location is lovely in summer but spring is iffy and a lot of stores were not open and if I had not had the group event I would have been bored and underwelmed with scenery, a person needs to go in summer to appreciate this place.

Red Deer is a great small city. My family and I enjoyed the nature while we visited. We also liked the traffic is not as bad as the bigger cities. I really appreciated that. There are enough things to do in this city to keep a tourist busy. It's a great little getaway!
