The location close to the lake gives you an impressive view from the room we had and the bar and restaurant were breathtaking with a big fire in the cheminee. The rooms are gorgeous, especially the ones with those huge windows overlooking the water. Just watching the sunset from my room was incredible. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super helpful in renting e-bikes and organizing a taxi for a day trip.

Cabañas y Casa Kauken offers three cabins and one home accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free private parking is available on site. The cabanas exceeded our expectations. We loved the Sauna/Jacquzzi. The location of the property was pretty close to the airport/town. The bed was super comfortable and the Cabanas was a great size. It was incredible seeing the glacier from the windows and the horses outside of our Cabana. Just breathtaking and relaxing. The best part of it all was David. He treated us like family and helped us plan our trip from start to finish which made it way easier with a baby. Even when the taxi driver could not pick us up David came and drove us back to our Cabana. Similarly he ran to the airport to give us a charger we needed and left behind. He is on top of things - checking in, making sure we were comfortable and had all our needs met. He made the experience for us feel so comfortable and cared for. He really made the trip. I highly recommend this place!
