The shuttle to the airport was punctual and a great addition to the stay. I was able to get some laundry done there for free as well. Staff was very nice and attentive. The hotel is a couple of minutes walking distance from Nanjing Road. It is also close to the metro stop of People's Square on Line 2 (very convenient for the connection to PVG airport). The room was really big, modern and spotless clean. The staff is very nice but it does not speak english. There are translators at the reception but when we arrived they were not working properly, however the staff did the best to help us. Bathroom extremely big. Breaksfast superb, with a lot of choice of cold and warm plates. Totally recommended.
