Forsthaus St Hubertus is a little gem. It is our regular stop when we (frequently) visit Lübeck. The city is about 5 miles from the hotel and there is a regular bus route with a stop about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus takes you all the way into the centre of the city. Hotel is situated on the edge of a wooded area and rooms are quiet. Breakfast caters for most tastes with a varied selection of food. When arriving, the owner was more than happy to help with carrying the luggage up the stairs. There are 3 excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

Very cosy and clean, friendly host. Good parking area. Didnt have enough time to explore the garden but seemed big and beautiful lake view. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

It’s quiet and cosy and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It’s a Family run Business which makes it more personal. The rooms are a good size and nicely decorated. Our Room had a nice view on the canal and the lamas.

The hotel is very beautiful, and the room is absolutely stunning, with access to a terrace and a private garage. Everything you need is available in the room, and it’s very clean. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend it!
