Found all amenities as stated and they were in great condition. Highlight for me is the terrace with the lounging chairs and seating. The beach is literally across the promenade. You can find 2 restaurants next door. Although the apartment is really close to the airport, I didn't find it to be too noisy. Will gladly return if I get a chance.

One of our party had a family emergency and had to fly straight back home and Emilio had a taxi ready for us within less than 5 mins of asking for his help. The Villa is close to the airport but there are no flights at night and although you can hear some of the planes taking of during the day they have passed over very quickly and isn't an issue. The Villa is also right next to the beach and has many nice restaurants to eat at. There is also a corner shop opposite and a bigger supermarket 15 min walk away.

Luxury Suite Sea Front III ligt in Playa Honda, op een paar minuten lopen van Playa de Guacimeta, en is voorzien van aan het strand accommodatie met een privéstrand en gratis WiFi. We had a wonderful stay in this cute house right on the seafront in Playa Honda. It's really close to the airport which meant we were there about 45 minutes after landing. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped (espresso maker, coffee pod machine, good range of pots, pans, knives, washing machine, toaster etc.. The front terrace faces south and gets the sun all day so we enjoyed spending time there eating lunch and reading. The house is really close to all amenities including a large beach and a smaller more sheltered cove about 5 minutes walk east along the seafront walkway. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby at all price points. We particularly enjoyed Bar La Caleta on the seafront which is a great place to people watch on the seafront and has great drinks and fantastic tapas. There is a small supermarket about 2 minutes walk, a large Euro Spar about 10 minutes walk, a Lidl and Hyper Dino supermarkets about 20 minutes walk, and the Deiland shopping centre about 25 minutes walk. There are also several pharmacies.including one on Calle San Borondon about 15 minutes walk from the house. We were able to watch both the sunrises and sunsets from the terrace of the house which was such a treat! Despite being close to the airport we were rarely disturbed by the noise and found the house very peaceful.

Amazing location, the apartment is spacious and has a wonderful roof terrace. Kitchen is great and they had SALT (which is a big plus). Interior was more than just the basics and it was quite comfy. Host was really chill and even let us stay longer on departure day because the cleaning schedule allowed for it. It's little things like (and the salt and spices) that make a place not just good but 11/10.
