Of course, it’s within walking distance of the airport and that made it so much easier, since we had an early morning flight. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and it was very quiet - as in you wouldn’t hear any outside noise and could sleep.

First of all, although situated outside of barcelona, about 40 mins by subway, it is a very quite, safe area. The hostel is situated 1 min of the subway which is amazing (the subway is non stop, except of sunday). Secondly, very tidy room, the cleaning lady cleans everyday, as I remarked. Very nicr bathroom, simple room, huuge balcony with small table outside. Air conditioner available. Nice host. It was worth it... . Aaaa and lot of natural light in the room :) Bisous, Iulia

I loved it extremely. Hostel was not planned before as I always thought taking a bed in a hostel means loosing privacy. But this hostel takes care of that. Bed was having curtain and personal charging point was available. I didn't get any problem while using toilet. I didn't take the breakfast but with 5 Euro there was a huge buffet. Loved everything. This was my first experience of a hostel and it is phenomenal!

My room No. 1 was conveniently situated just behind reception, next to the kitchens. At times, it was a bit noisy. The room itself had internet and convenient power points, was spacious, clean, and with modern decor: very practical for a business traveler. The hotel itself appeared modern and with a pleasant individual character. I was able to check in at 10 AM. Breakfast is reasonably priced and there are several local bars, cafes, and supermarkets. Minor points to consider: There was no view since the only window had a wall about 40 cm away. The TV only has Spanish channels. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room.

The hotel is closer to the international airport, which is why I chose this one for one night. It's the best value for money, with a pool for relaxing, an excellent breakfast with a variety of international items for all tastes, and a very well-kept and clean room with a great mattress. I recommend it.

What a beautiful place to stay.
What a beautiful place to stay. Dario was a fantastic host, and nothing was too much trouble. I could have slept in the bed for weeks it was so comfy! I had to be a bit mindful with the stairs while wearing socks, but otherwise everything was pristine and very welcoming. Thanks for everything Dario - especially for the travel coffee you made for our trip back to the airport :)

If you don’t have a car to travel to Costa Brava, this is good alternative, only 30-40 min. from the city by Uber yet beach is not crowded and no ‘city’ condos around. Bikes are free to use and there is a lovely walkway that follows the beach. A little area close by (2 blocks) to buy lunch. The breakfast in the hotel is amazing! There are a couple nice restaurants close by as well but they don’t open until 7:00 - the same as the hotel restaurant - so go for a bigger lunch (we don’t like eating late)

Cramped space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Horrible checkin experience. The second time I stayed within a week and they have provided all the toiletries but the first time they did not. breakfast was horrible for the price paid.

Although very close to Barcelona and, importantly, its airport, el Prat is a separate village with its own history, and it still feels that way; it is a small world away from the bustle of big Barça. There is stuff in the locality to explore as well as what seemed to be a couple of good restaurants. I was only passing through and could have cheerfully have used Mucho Masia as a base for a day exploring nearby.

The buses are fabulous!
The buses are fabulous! You can take one bus direct to downtown Barcelona. They are clean and roomy and the step goes down if you have luggage. They are air conditioned. You can't be hungry because every 15 steps there is a different supermarket! I think there are more supermarkets than restaurants. My impression is that this is a residential area, so if you are looking for action, you'd be better off in downtown Barcelona. If you are looking for a quieter place, this is it.

This is a family campground with a variety of lodging types, ranging from tent sites to van-parking sites to yurts and self-contained apartments. Public toilet and shower facilities are centrally located. It seems like a great place for families or small groups traveling on a budget. I just needed something basic for one night and it was fine. Easy beach access and plenty of onsite amenities such as a restaurant, store, and large swimming pool.

Hotel was fine - staff friendly and helpful - rooms were clean and comfortable - but meal option was disappointing. There was a restaurant, but the only time food was available was a breakfast and over the lunch period - there was a menu, but no option to have dinner. Restaurants were fairly close by - a 10 minute walk.
