Nice Clean and friendly staff. Very neat breakfast!
This functional hotel, refurbished in 2004, is situated in the city centre from where you can thoroughly enjoy the attractions and monuments Murcia has to offer.
the hotel was situated in a good place in the city.
Located in the Huerta plain and surrounded by mountains, Murcia is the capital of its namesake region and a famous producer of vegetables. This picturesque city adorned in Baroque masterpieces like the Cathedral still enjoys a peaceful, local atmosphere.
Founded in 825 by the Moorish Caliph of Cordoba in the centre of the Segura River valley, the city planners created an irrigation system that inaugurated the agricultural prosperity of the region. The Old Town -showing some of the Moorish legacy- is situated along the river banks, and its main streets Platería and Trapería have been pedestrianized for easy walking access. The centre of Murcia offers accommodation ranging from 5-star hotels to low-cost pensions.
Famous city festivities include the Holy Week, the Spring Festival, and the folkloric ‘Bando de la Huerta’. If visiting Spain and Murcia during these dates, check the hotel availability with enough time in advance. The beaches of the ‘Costa Cálida’ can be reached in less than 40 minutes’ drive. Hotels between Murcia and the beach are the best way to enjoy both the city and the sea.
Murcia-San Javier Airport is 51 km away, while Alicante Airport is 73 km away. Check out the deals on Booking.com before travelling!

Don’t go during the spring festival unless you like getting drunk. The streets were a disgrace, beer and urine all over. I applaud the work of the street cleaners as the next day it was lovely. We were able to get a coffee and food where we wanted, and the monuments were open. The casino and cathedral were especially good.

Nothing really interesting to see, the historical center is very small. Maybe could be a good base to visit the surroundings, but you definitely need a car.
There is no bus service from the airport, and the taxi costs 29 euro fixed rate.
Great for food and the climate though.

A very pleasant city without many tourists.
A very pleasant city without many tourists. The central part of the city is pedestrian and thus without much noise. The city is overall clean and safe day and night. Life in this part of Spain is outdoor and many streets and plazas are in reality outdoor restaurants or living rooms. Price level in Murcia is fair and quality-price ratio is good. Do not hesitate to follow suggestions from waiters regarding food and beverages. Not everybody can speak English and even a small knowledge to Spanish will be useful.
We booked a 2-hour guided walking tour via the tourist office and it gave us a good introduction to the city (10 Euro/person). We stayed for 4 nights in a centrally located hotel and this was an ideal lenght for a visit unless you make some excurisions out of the city.
There is a hourly direct bus (ALSA) from Alicante Airport to Murcia (55 minutes and 6 euro/person). The railway connects Murcia and Alicante city.

Murcia has always been a traveler's hotspot because there are many entertainment centres to visit. Now there is a new road designed system in Murcia right now which makes it easier to travel with buses around the city centres you can move safely in the night, with beautiful Restaurants and bars to visit and have fun and Hotels are open 24/7 don’t forget many museums and Murcia special dishes with great homemade wines for your comfort there is a lot of Supermarkets and shopping centres and Murcia has great locations which ever place you go there is a lot of people on the street enjoying themselves.
This is a perfect hotel when you travel and need to stay overnight. The room was quite large and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant where we could still have dinner even though we arrived quite late and it has spacious parking where you can bring stuff from your park straight to the room. The breakfeast was nice too. We were traveling with two dogs which was no problem and the room even had two doggie beds prepared. We very much appreciated it. Overall, we liked the hotel and the stay.
Very good place to stay. Great customer service and very good food at the restaurant across the road (Restaurant Pacoche). Special thank you to Sergio and Pedro. A must go if in Murcia looking for a restaurant.
Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. Good variety and great customer care by the breakfast staff room.
Very clean room and very clean hotel overall.
Very easy access to the centre of Murcia and transport.
Highly recommended.
The free coffee. The breakfast was good for the type of hotel. The location was convenient for the motorway. A bit tricky to find the right access road. The next door shopping centre has everything you'd want. Restaurants. Fast food outlets and a hypermarket plus lots of other shops. Would recommend this as a stop over going somewhere. Not handy for sightseeing in Murcia as you'd need to take the car into the city.
So briefly I liked it very much! Some days ago I stayed in another hotel in Madrid (4 stars hotel). Of course, in Madrid it was more expensive (4 night in Mercia = 1 night in Madrid). But the service and everything was better in Murcia. Staff, room, quality are better. I asked for help not once and people in reception helped me and did their best. So thank you!
The location is excellent: many cafes, restaurants, and even a large department store. Also, there are several museums highlighting the amazing culture and history of Murcia. (To our surprise they were free.) A lovely park with beautiful flowers and a cafe is a hop away. The city's food is delicious. The people from Murcia are incredibly friendly.
We had booked a room with a terrace - the terrace was amazing! Very large with great views of the city.
It’s very central - a minutes’ walk and you’re in the old town. There’s nearby parking too which is discounted by the Hotel. We’d definitely return if we went back to Murcia (which incidentally is a fantastic Spanish place to visit).
Ideal location for city centre, unfortunately the Christmas market was on but the lights and trees which we wanted to visit had been moved out of town, presumably due to Covid ?
Nice room and pleasant staff, would call again.
Bonus for us was zero charge to bring our pet dog, some hotels charge 20/25€ a day for the privilege.
The breakfast was very good and the general comfort was quite good too. The location is pretty bad if you want to explore the city centre, and the area itself is very uninteresting, but if driving outside of the city to discover other parts of the region it's pretty nice as it's located right beside some of the main roads.
Staff at the hotel is always extra helpful. Breakfast has a great selection of international and also Spanish delicacies. Location is great if you need to reach anything in Murcia. Even room service is great and is available by 11pm.
This is a perfectly serviceable hotel - it's nothing fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. It's also really close to the stadium, which was the most important thing, as we were in Murcia for a football match.
Well located, a little walk to the city centre, and near the tram station. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the park behind. Breakfast was ok, standard buffet for a hotel of this type
Typical city hotel in Murcia. Well air-conditioned room. The hotel is located in a well-connected area, but far from the old town (20-30 minutes on foot). Underground paid hotel parking lot.
Good location in walking distance from the hotel to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Was very nice and clean hotel. I will definitely go back there...
Good Location, not that far from center. Clean rooms with enough space on them. Easy parking on streer around and few supermarkets and McDonalds next to to hotel.
