Das Novotel Birmingham Airport Terminal Building - NEC, das den Ankunfts- und Abflugterminals am nächsten gelegene 4-Sterne-Hotel, begrüßt Sie nur 1 Gehminute vom Komplex des Flughafens Birmingham... Perfekte Lage für unseren Weiterflug in die Karibik. Trotz direkter Lage neben dem Flughafen absolut kein Lärm. Auch die Verbindung in die Innenstadt nach Birmingham ist gut und dauert ca. 10 Minuten. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Ambiente des Hotels ist sehr modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr geräumig, das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch das Essen Abends im Restaurant ausgezeichnet und auch preislich für ein Hotel in England total in Ordnung. Können dieses Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

The Ibis is right across the parking lot from BHX. I had a lot of luggage so I took a cab for ease, but with one suitcase less I could well have reached it by train :) Staff was great, I ended up adding late check out some twenty minutes before the original time because my travel plans changed and the front desk was very helpful with that. My room was on the 8th floor facing the sky shuttle, but I had no problem sleeping, and breakfast is served in a pretty generous time window (6:30 to 10) so even with a late start in the morning, I still had plenty of time to eat. The room was snug, but perfectly serviceable, and the facilities spotless.

Our family glamping trip was absolutely fantastic! With a big group of 20, we had an amazing time. From booking to checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 hospitality with great communication. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!

Our host was excellent in terms of communication (including helping with a local restaurant recommendation) and everything went to plan. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - we couldn't have asked for more. It's a very nice, quiet neighbourhood and supermarkets are about 15 minutes away. We would highly recommend and look to stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.
