Es war dreckig, hellhörig und einfach Menschenunwürdig. Zu kleine Matratze, für das zu große Bett, Türklinke kaputt, Wasserhahn im Bad war nicht befestigt. Toilettendeckel lose. Küche dreckig. Kein eigener Eingang, Kommunikation mit Eigentümer war eine Katastrophe.

Aufgrund von Flugausfällen war ich in dem Hotel und es war gut ausgestattet. Leider ist das Personal nicht in der Lage eine Rechnung zu senden. Somit immer sofort eine ausstellen lassen, auch wen der Rezeptionist sie nicht versteht darauf bestehen. Weiterhin ein Taxi vorab bestellen und sich nicht vom Supervisor einen Tipp geben lassen. Der bekommt nämlich auch einen Tipp vom Fahrer. Alles nicht so toll mit dem Personal und der Aussprache. Ich warte heute noch auf meine Rechnung vom Dezember

Ein ruhiges Dorf mit freundlichen Menschen. Soweit ich sah, zwei Pubs, zwei Läden, eine Kirche. Eine alte Barn (Scheune) aus dem Mittelalter ist ein wichtiger Teil des Dorfes. Leider war das Gelände geschlossen. Hätte ich gerne besichtigt. Harmondsworth hat eine regelmäßige Busverbindung (350) zum Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport. The Crowne ist ein sehr nettes Pub mit vielen verschiedenen Bieren.
