Large and well appointed room. Nice bathroom with a great invigorating shower. I'm not sure the extractor fan was working as the room got very steamy & took a while to clear, not a major issue at all, just needs looking at. room 402, 2nd floor.

After booking we noticed reviews that had been said about the hotell, after I read a few ,I began to wonder if we had done right by booking up . People only giving 3 to 3.5 stars had me worried . Now after our stay with you , we can honestly say we had nothing to worry about. Yes I must admit some of the comments had been right, about the furniture been dated , but apart from that I don't know what all the fuss was about from other people's comments . The staff were so friendly & helpful , the hotel is clean and the food was lovely ..would we come and stay again 100% Many Thanks to everyone at Mercure hotel Norwich who made our stay enjoyable x
