The place was small but well decorated, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. An outside garden area was fenced off for privacy and had loungers, table and chairs, and a barbecue for our use and the host couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

Set in Stornoway and only 2.1 km from Tràigh Thunga Beach, The Gallafield, Self Catering Bungalow, Stornoway offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The Gallafield looks good on the website, but is even better in reality. The living area with its high ceiling and its windows feels spacious and light. Four people would easily be comfortable; for the two of us it was perfect. The property is very clean, has lots of storage space, good sized beds, plenty of kitchen equipment and two excellent showers. The location was ideal for us - just outside the centre of Stornoway and it was easy to communicate with Rhona, our host. We stayed there for a week and were sorry to leave.

Easy 25 minute walk to downtow, Ferry, Tesco, restaurants, pubs, shops etc.

Situated in Stornoway and only 1.1 km from Tràigh Thunga Beach, 21 Ivorhill features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Was cozy, comfortable and well equipt. Close to Stornoway and for exploring Lewis The little touches were amazing. Beautifully presented towels and sculptured toilet paper. Nice gift of bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates too

The kitchen had excellent facilities. The WiFi worked great. We appreciated the ability to do a little laundry at the property.

Featuring garden views, Chapman's offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 2.5 km from Tràigh Thunga Beach. We loved our stay here. Having our own bedrooms and a kitchen for a few days while we explored the island was just superb. It was great to stay in a proper home in the middle of all the travelling we were doing and we were able to relax and enjoy all the more for it.

16 East Street Sandwick Stornoway, a property with a garden, is situated in Sandwick, 2.7 km from Tràigh Thunga Beach, 29 km from Callanish Standing Stones, as well as 3.6 km from Museum Nan Eilean. The property was nice and clean and well organized. We stayed for a very brief period of time, but it was nice to be able to explore the island from this location and catch the ferry the next day.

Offering a garden and sea view, Braighe Cottage is located in Stornoway, 2.5 km from Traigh Mhealaboist Beach and 32 km from Callanish Standing Stones. Cottage had beautiful views from every window. We had everything we could have needed for our stay. Beds are extremely comfortable, and everything was very clean.

Set in Sandwick and only 2.7 km from Tràigh Thunga Beach, Willow Cottage offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property was outside of Stornoway but very close to pop into for shopping as required. Very well laid out and the view from the back across to the sea was really good.
