Hotels near Sukhumi Babushara Airport (SUI), Sokhumi

great city. yes a few ruins. as expected. lovely place to walk in the evening. very safe. we had no issues with safety . would recommend walking to top of hills. fantastic views. nearby towns on beach front are more for kids. I would say Sukhumi suits adults. people very friendly . even thou I do not speak Russian . lovely places to eat out on a evening . and near harbour was very busy on a evening. all in all. I would say Sukhumi is more interesting than normal cities . would recommend it for. stays of around a week at least.
