We really loved the apartment! Even though, we arrived late at night and the host met us near the apartment to show us around and gave the keys. Overall, the stay was super pleasant and comfy, it was a pity that we stayed for only 1 night. In the apartment, there were everything: shower utilities, kitchen utilities(coffee machine, sandwich maker etc), so basically even more than you think. Free netflix, AC etc. Totally recommend - 1000/10! Bonus point: the fridge full of free snacks! It was enough for us to have a breakfast!

Featuring lake views and a garden, Corfu City Design Residence provides accommodation attractively situated in Corfu Town, within a short distance of Royal Baths Mon Repos, Mon Repos Palace and... We just got off catamaran and wished to book a nice comfy place for a one night stay close to the airport. What we got: 1. Amazing host that picked us up in the marina, stored our luggage, took us to the city center and gave recomendations to beutiful places to visit, later took us back to the apartment, and the next morning took us to the airport!! 2. Amazing apartment with very comfortable beds and launge area - just what we needed after the entire week of sailing. 3. Amazing terrace view to the airport piste where you can sit, enjoy your drink of choice and watch planes landing (apartment is well soundproofed no noise inside!). All in all, thanks to Andreas (the host) our stay in Corfu become much more than we hoped for, and we thank him for this wonderful experience.

The food they served were also delicious - just what we needed after a long vacation on our way home. And the hotel is right next to the airport for easy traveling.

Its a lovely place if you're planning a relaxing holiday. We stayed at the seven suites and had a great experience there. I would recommend renting a car if you're travelling as a family as taxis are quite pricey and a rental offers more flexibility/ convenience. If you're travelling as a couple, ATV options are good too as well as mopeds although the roads are a bit sketchy so ATV's are probably better... noisier but more cool! Fish and seafood menus are great, most of the fish is sourced locally and you can really taste the freshness. There aren't many VG options but good vegetarian options. If you stay at an apartment, you can always get shopping at a range of supermarkets in the area in case you prefer to cook. The sea is clear blue and loads of spots to chill, either popular beaches or just off road seafront spots so you can find your own haven outside of the popular attractions. Stray cats and dogs are around so watch out if you have young children.

This is the oldest region of Corfu, located on the southern outskirts of the town near Mon Repos with its beautiful gardens that are open to the public free of charge. Kanoni (Mouse Island) is just 2km and a short bus ride, and where many enjoy viewing planes taking off and landing at the airport. The bus service passes nearby and it takes 10 minutes to travel into town at a cost of 1 euro, 70 cents. For those with good mobility, both the old and new towns are about a 30-minute walk along Garitsa Bay, or you can walk through the suburbs and visit the numerous small churches, shops and cafes along the way. Anemomylos is located near the bay with two small beaches, numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, most of which have garden areas located on the greens opposite. The atmosphere is cordial, good humoured and pleasant, with a mixture of local resident flats and apartments, many converted to holiday accomodation and there is one large hotel of high standard. This is an ideal location for those who enjoy the outdoors, walking, eating, drinking and relaxing with the locals.

Arriving by ferry this house was ideal as it was close to the port so no worries about luggage etc.walking into Corfu town is possible though after leaving the street the house is on there is an uphill road which may be a challenge to some. Quiet neighborhood although planes can be heard (Corfu airport busy in the summer) but gone within seconds and no more noticeable than a motorbike passing the house. Supermarket nearby and fresh fruit and veg shop so if you’re staying a few days self catering is no problem. We only stayed one night so didn’t try the bar next door (Epic Bar) but there were guests there when we went to bed but they were respectfully quiet, no loud music or anything .

Most of all... Maria the owner is very kind, informative & very helpfull in many ways.. I have everything I need when I stayed. Bus stop is just less than 50 metre. Very nice new shower 👍👍👍 Very close to the airport. Go up to the hill there is many restaurant with very good view, can see planes take off & landing. Close to Mouse Island.

The best thing to do when going to Corfou is to take a cruise and go visit Paxos (Lakka village) and Antipaxos. The water is extremely clean and has a very special blue color. Food is delicious; do not hesitate to go to bakeries to try local pastries.

Vespa coffee - lovely food and drinks. Public transport is in a good condition however I recommend to rent a car. It is much more convenient to get around the island. Walking may be difficult, sidewalks are small or not use to by people much.
