The attention given to comfort, decor and equipment for self catering is great. A short walk to the beach and you can also walk into town, which takes a little longer to do, but it is a lovely walk. Car parking is very easy too.

The apartment is modern, with a very interesting design, set over two floors and with added bonus of a lift to get you to the top floor. Facilities are excellent and Nikoletta was our contact and provided a fantastic service! We were on a short 2 day stop and the end of our holidays but would definitely use Akti Seaside suites again!

Athina is so kind, welcoming and generous, always available for everything we needed. Her husband and kids are also nice and friendly, they welcomed our son to play with them, brought us many treats and surprised us with a lovely farewell gift :) The villa is nicely decorated and very clean, has all amenities you need and more. The view from the balcony is amazing. The area was peaceful and the beautiful beach is just a step away.

It clearly shows how much we like the facility. A very luxurious house in an ideal location. Literally a step away from the beach. Large and relaxing terrace. It takes ten minutes of a pleasant walk to reach the beautiful town of Preveza. Not to forget to mention the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. This is certainly not my last stay here. I already said in the last comment that I would like to have a house like this, in a place like this. Yes, I still think so.

The property is in the basement of the villa above with its own private entrance. About two miles from Preveza centre but close to the beaches. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, kitchen basic and the bathroom small. We used it purely as a base to work on our boat based in Cleopatra marina and for the cost it was great.. Konstantinos the owner is very friendly, approachable and helpful. We hired a car which was a bonus.

We stayed as a family of four at Palmeira Sea and City for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Dimitrious, was incredibly welcoming—he even met us at 1:00 AM when our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with delicious yogurts, puddings, and fresh fruit, which made the perfect late-night snack after our long journey. The villa itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach .The water there was calm and clean, making the swimming experience feel like being in a pool. Our kids loved spending a full day there swimming, reading, and relaxing. There are also a few nice cafés on the beach—we especially enjoyed Utopia Café, only a 2-minute walk from the villa. We also visited Preveza city center with many good restaurants, which is about a 5-minute drive (20 min walking) Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
