Cleaning top, top top !!! every corner in apartment ist top clean. Very big windows very big balcony. The windows glass is with heat protection. You have in the apartment everything you need from coffee machine to wash machine to glasses everything everything everything. The owner is a very fine lady. Very helpful.

The location of the accommodation was simply perfect, right on the beachfront. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for complete relaxation. The large terrace provided a unique experience, allowing us to enjoy the sunset and the view of the sea every evening. Overall, I can only recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an unforgettable and hassle-free vacation.

Very comfortable house, beautifully designed, on a lovely little swimming beach with amazing views from the balcony. Great quiet location, 15 minute walk from the town, but there are also beach clubs and restaurants very nearby. Athina and her family were brilliant, generous and kind hosts. We loved our time here.

The property is in the basement of the villa above with its own private entrance. About two miles from Preveza centre but close to the beaches. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, kitchen basic and the bathroom small. We used it purely as a base to work on our boat based in Cleopatra marina and for the cost it was great.. Konstantinos the owner is very friendly, approachable and helpful. We hired a car which was a bonus.

The villa is very well equiped and modern. It had all the ameneties we needed and more. Very close to the beach, yet very quiet neighbourhood. Parking is on the street but there was always a free place. The host, Konstantinos, is amazing and very helpful. His recommendations for restaurants were excellent and made our stay very pleasant. He welcomed us with a selection of local greek products to sample.
