We were so lucky to find this beautiful accommodation on Booking and to be the very first guests! Thea Simply by the Sea is a brand-new house with private parking and a stunning garden, just a few meters from a sandy beach. The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished with modern furniture. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking and food storage. The spacious bathroom included a washing machine and complimentary toiletries, which was a great bonus. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and snacks in the fridge—coffee, olive oil, sweets, and more. The Wi-Fi and both TVs worked perfectly. Outside, the patio with garden furniture was the ideal place to relax and enjoy the spectacular garden, with green grass, old olive trees, colorful flowers, and a calming view of the Ionian Sea. Kostadinos, the manager, was a true professional—always available, very friendly, and discreet. The owner, Spiros, is a wonderful gentleman who genuinely cares about his guests. He listened to all our suggestions and is clearly dedicated to making this place even more comfortable and enjoyable. We now consider him and his lovely family our friends, and we hope to see them again in the future. All in all, this was one of the best summer accommodations we’ve ever experienced. If you are planning to visit Preveza and Thea Simply by the Sea is available—don’t hesitate. Just book it! You won’t find a better place in the area. It’s close to town, great restaurants, and perfectly located for exploring nearby beaches. We were truly sad to leave after 11 days. We’ll definitely be back!

L’hébergement Meropi Apartment propose un jardin et une terrasse. Il se trouve à Prévéza, à respectivement 1,6 km, 5,7 km et 10 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Bibliothèque municipale de Préveza, Musée... Evertlything was perfect. Close to the beach, 2x AC, very nice terrace, fully equiped kitchen.

Appartement formidable ! avec tout le confort , les équipements plus que nécessaires , merci pour les petites attentions ( corbeille de fruits, tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit déjeuner et même quelques chocolats de Pâques ) , l’emplacement au top au calme à 10 min à pied de la vieille ville et à 100 m d’une plage. Propriétaires super et disponible si besoin
