Beautifully presented property, the room was renovated to an exceptional standard. Perfect location to the airport and surprisingly quiet despite being so close!
Leona was an exceptional host, great communication, she even came to meet us at the airport when we couldn't find our way to the location (mobile internet wasn't working)

Looks like most people who stay here are only here for early flights as the property is right in front of the airport. However, this apartment is very nice that I would even recommend it even if you're not just in the area for the flights (rather than staying in the crowded Old Town of Dubrovnik!). The room is very cute and it's super clean. I particularly loved the bedsheet, bathroom, and the balcony (with the view!). The host gave us wine as welcome drinks and helped us secure a table at a restaurant nearby for dinner. I wish we would've stayed longer than just a night.

Lovely flat with location quite close to airport. It's possible to walk but with a suitcase you need some time and have to walk up a small hill. I took a taxi from airport since it was dark and windy, the price is 20€.
I received detailed instructions in advance so it was very easy to find the apartment, I had small difficulties opening the key box but all went smoothly. I only stayed for one night so I did not need cooking facilities.
Apartment was cosy and very clean, there is an aircon/heater and I slept very comfortably. The surroundings is quiet and with a nice weather you have a view from the balcony. The hostess was very friendly and responsive.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hospitality of the host. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel instantly at home. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even arranging for us to have essentials like bread, butter, and juice since there weren't any markets nearby. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated and demonstrated the host's dedication to making our stay as pleasant as possible.
The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the ambiance was both cozy and relaxing. We found the location to be peaceful and quiet, which added to the overall charm of our experience. The host's warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and valued as guests.
Overall, we were thoroughly delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. We hope to return in the future and enjoy the exceptional hospitality once again!

Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) Information
Location and Transport
Dubrovnik Airport, also known as Čilipi Airport, is Croatia’s third-busiest airport, located 10 miles (15 kilometres) from central Dubrovnik. The most convenient way to travel between the airport and city is by taxi, costing around HRK 250 (USD 40) one way. The cheapest method is to take the bus. The Atlas Bus departs upon arrival of every scheduled flight and costs HRK 40, while a public bus (Lines 11, 27 and 38) departs 3-4 times a day and costs HRK 28.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
There are several villas and a hotel within 1 mile (2 kilometres) of Dubrovnik Airport, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. Most properties provide a shuttle service. Dubrovnik Airport’s most extraordinary feature is the Đurovića Cave. Hidden beneath the runway, this centuries-old cave is entered through a 37-metre long tunnel, beginning in the Skycellar Wine & Souvenir shop. Other useful facilities available include currency exchange, luggage wrapping and duty-free shopping.
Terminal Information
Dubrovnik Airport has three terminals, although Terminal A has been permanently closed for passenger traffic. The new Terminal C building is next to Terminal B, which handles arriving passengers.

The hosts where wonderful people, very friendly and made you feel right at home. The accommodation was very handy for closeness to the airport. Only a short stay but there was shops and restaurants nearby and you weren't far from the main road for easy access to wherever you were planning to go to.

Cavtat is the perfect homebase for visiting Croatia.
Cavtat is the perfect homebase for visiting Croatia. It's a cozy walkable seaside village with many restaurants, and not overrun with tourists like Dubrovnik. To see Dubrovnik it's easy and cheap to do a day trip from Cavtat, with boats departing many times per day. As a bonus Cavtat is not far from the airport.

Komaji is a friendly little sleepy village, close to the airport. No shops but the local supermarket was on the main road half a mile from the airport. (Great little restaurant/cafe tucked behind). Meat counter only open in the morning. Cavtat, the local town, is a beautiful little seaside town 20 mins north offering everything you would want. Great cafes, restaurants, ice creams to die for and a suberb bakery, with the most amazing romantic sunsets over the sea. There are some wonderful little eateries in rural locations offering local dishes to the south and east. A great little private and relaxing holiday villa location. PS you'll need a hire car.

We used Mlini for a night before flying out of Dubrovnik Airport. We started our Croatia holiday in Split, then did a Bike and Boat through the islands, ending up in Dubrovnik. Seeing how far Dubrovnik is from the airport, I sought closer accommodations, and it was a quick 10 minutes in the early morning when our driver picked us up at 5:40 a.m. After being there, for one day, I wish I could have spent several days there just relaxing!

Room was clean.
Room was clean.
Website says has restaurant with a la cart menu…. since it was Sunday and we were the only guests, manager offered to cook spaghetti which I don’t eat…and referred us to a pizza place, which turned out to be good .
Breakfast was personally cooked for us since we were the only guests.
Most stores nearby were closed because it was Sunday.
Location to airport was good.
Would recommend ONLY as an airport hotel.

For me it’s too late in the year for sea swimming but not for sunbathing if that’s your thing. Not for me, good weather is important for boat trips and exploring further afield and this is a good base for that but can be pricey. Nothing much to do in Cavtat at this time of year and basically it all closes down on 31st October. Half the restaurants are still open but I don’t know for how much longer and they are also pricey. Dinner for two with a drink and a glass of wine is is very easily €100 plus. The whole town gets dressed up and comes out for a walk on Sunday. Very nice, just like Italy or Spain.
My overall impression is that tourists are coming with holiday money and they want as much of it as possible. I suppose that’s how you only open for 6 or 7 months of the year. So, nice place and a lovely hotel at reasonable price ( but that may be because it was closedown time?) but be ready to spend!

There was a lot to do in the area, whether a person wanted to shop at a shopping mall, or smaller souvenir shops. The downtown Dubrovnik area was a short ride away, which offered great views and history of Old Town where a person could spend several days at all the shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and even take a cooking class - which we did. There were plenty of gellato shops on every street. I highly recommend the Local Cooking Class where we learned how to make bread, cook mussels, make macaroni, then candied almonds for a sweet treat. Then we enjoyed our meal together - it was wonderful.

In the beautiful Konavle valley, not far from Dubrovnik, Čilipi has a small but interesting ethnographic museum across the square from St. Nicholas church. Try to time your stay to see the folk dancing. A short drive away you will find the Sokol Grad fortress and a restored Rector's residence. Be sure to visit the amazing Konavoski Dvor restaurant.
