Given the hotel is only 3 stars we were absolutely shocked! It was more than beyond our expectations, the hotel was extremely clean, amazing location with direct connection to the airport! The service was also beyond the usual 3 stars hotel, the restaurant was open until 22:00, the bar was opened 24/7 together with the reception, food available for long time and 24/7 at the bar. It was very clean and spacious as well with great food and very kind receptionist. The service was exceptional and overall rating the best possible to be given. Many thanks for everything it was amazing!

Perfectly located at a very short walking distance from Terminal 2 of the airport.
A new, modern hotel. The room was very clean and cosy, and included a small fridge, a cattle and a coffee machine.
The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful.
I arrived in the afternoon, after a long train journey, and was very happy to find two restaurants with decent prices. The meal I ordered was delicious.

A very nice ensuite room with everything we needed, right down to lemon juice for in the tea for those who like it!
Great attention to detail.
The hosts were very kind and helpful, especially the poor man who had to take us to the airport at 4am!

Our room served its purpose as we needed somewhere close to the airport for our early morning flight. The parking area was full. I'm assuming most people who stay here are needing a one night stay and it's fine for that. Reception person(s) were very attentive and responsive.

We were just passing by before heading to the airport and because many of the hotels were fully booked because of the New Year celebrations, we chose to stay here before heading to the airport in the morning. This was perfect place to stay within some 15 minutes driving distance to the airport rental car returns.

Whatever you go to see, you won't regret. Budapest is very beautiful town with perfect food and places for sight seeing.
It is a bit more expensive, I would say equal to most expensive European town, but it is worth paying.

Rarely any true restaurant in Taksony (other than fast food) was open during late hours so we couldn't find a place to eat. And when we found one (Roro Falatozo) they didn't speek English. But the food was good.

There is nothing to do, I just booked this place because was not getting any other accommodation in nearby Budapest due to the festival season, all the accommodations were fully booked at that time in Budapest or surroundings.

Veces is an hour away from Budapest by public transport by bus and metro, but it is very good in terms of proximity to the airport. Nearby there is a central market with various shops and a Tesco, about 25 minutes on foot.

Beautiful city. Lots to see.
Beautiful city. Lots to see. We missed the Parliament Tour unfortunately. You need to book well in advance.
Highlights were Matthias Church (exquisitely beautiful), the New York Café is the one old café you should visit - well worth queuing. The Great Synagogue is interesting but pricey and the National Art Gallery is amazing. The Big Bus tour is good for getting your bearings.
However, Budapest is expensive including restaurants so be prepared for that.

Its a nice quite place.
Its a nice quite place. Little bit away from the bus connections that's good if you want peace and quite. Good to spent night to catch a flight next day. It will be great if a shuttle service available to and from airport. Taxi normally cost 10 Euros each way.
For amenities there is a small shop nearby and you can get to LIDL, Tesco etc. by 15mins walk. There was a local bakery on the main road which has bake fresh breads and coffee.

I was there for about 10 days, which was more than enough time for the main spots, but not enough time after falling in love with it.
Things I'd recommend:
- Walking tours - I did a general one on day one that was a perfect kickoff for the trip, followed by a couple alternative ones near the end that our a nice bow on everything. Both of the tours offered by ET (https://etthetourguide.com) were highlights.
- River cruise at night. It's on pretty much every list for a reason.
- The places on every list of recommended spots to visit, like St. Stephen's Basilica, the Castle District (plus the caves underneath), Fisherman's Bastion, ruin bars (via pub crawl), and the baths are all worth it.
Finally, getting around is extraordinarily easy. The city's transit system is phenomenal, and between tapping your card and the BudapestGO app, you should not need a car to get anywhere you can't simply walk to.
