Erbaut im Jahr 1793 handelt es sich beim Carrygerry um ein charmantes Landhaus an der malerischen irischen Küste von County Clare. Das Personal ist super lieb und nett. Wir kamen später am Abend an und wir haben trotz das die Küche eigentlich schon geschlossen hatte eine warme Mahlzeit bekomme. Alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist ok. Man braucht um was sehen zu wollen ein Auto oder man gibt Geld fürs Taxi aus. Ich kann jedem nur Carrygerrry empfehlen.

This studio apartment is close to Shannon airport, and the owner is delightful. Having been diverted from LHR, we booked a night at this property. When Judith discovered we were there inadvertently, she kindly offered to collect us from the airport. There were scones and jam, which is a lovely gesture, and the shower is excellent. We told Judith we were going to Durty Nellie’s, a famous pub near by, and she went out of her way to drop us off there as it was raining. So helpful, we were really grateful. She couldn’t have been more welcoming. Thank you Judith, you’re the best!

Das Oak Wood Hotel, früher bekannt als The Oakwood Arms Hotel, liegt im Stadtzentrum von Shannon, direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum Skycourt und nur 5,1 km vom Flughafen Shannon entfernt. Zimmer und Frühstück waren absolut in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist wirklich ansprechend gestaltet und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unseren Roadtrip war das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage eine tolle Wahl. Es gibt auch viele gratis Parkplätze.

We stayed for 3 weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready and the property provided everything we could possibly have needed.

Short drive to Bunratty castle and Durty Nellys pub. Highly recommend Balally house.

Very friendly fast efficient check in with simple room directions. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. ,217 in my stay. Nice fresh comfortable bed with more than enough pillows lol 😉. Breakfast was buffet with plenty choice. I don't drink alcohol but the bar was lively and buzzing. This hotel has cracked how to offer quality efficient friendly value service. Thanks all.
